Platform Screen Door in Beijing BRT

 

I. General Technical Parameters

 

1. The system has two opening modes: single shutter opening and double shutter opening; net open width should ≤1500mm;
2. System total height: ≤1800mm

5. Wireless control between vehicle and Platform Screen Door uses infrared remote control. Infrared remote control distance: ≤500mm (LH&RH); ±2000mm (between infrared transmitter and receiver);
6. Machine closing force for each shutter: 150N (measured at 1/3 way during door closing);
7. Manual opening force when door system unlocked: 133N
8. Time period needed for door opening: adjustable within 2.0±0.1s ~ 4.0±0.1s (according to vehicle parameters);
9. Time period needed for door closing: adjustable within 2.0±0.1s ~ 4.0±0.1s (according to vehicle parameters);

11. Time difference among doors (3 or 4): ≤0.1s

II. Loading Conditions

 

1. Door has no eternal distortion under shock of 1500N (acted on a scope less than 100mm×100mm; within a period of 0.2s);
2. Extrusion torque of the crowd to the door: 1500N/m (at a position 1.1m above the door base);
3. Bearing capacity for wind: ±1000Pa (value);
4. Bearing capacity for Earthquake: able to bear general earthquake grade 8; acceleration 0.20g;
5. Operational frequency: 1 operation within every 2 min.;18 hours of continuous working everyday; 365 days of normal working every year.

Working Principles for BRT Platform Screen Door

 

1. The Platform Screen Door System utilizes safe low voltage power supply, reliable remote control operation system and effective driving mode to realize smooth movement of door through turbo decelerator and tie-rods/belts.


2. When bus stops at the set position and operate the vehicle door, the wireless control system on the bus will transmit signals to the receiving system on the correspondent Platform Screen Door to move it simultaneously.


3. When the remote control system is in fault, the clerk at the station could control the action of Platform Screen Doors through the manual control system in the workstation. In case of no power supply, the Platform Screen Door could be moved by hand through the manual unlatching switch.


4. This Platform Screen Door System is equipped with advanced anti-clamp device to protect people or other things from being squeezed.

Platform Screen Door in Hangzhou BRT System

 

1. Applicable Scope
Huimin self-made BRT Platform Screen Door could be used on all types of BRT platforms of different structures. With proprietary intellectual property rights, it owns many attractive advantages to assist high-quality BRT service.

 

2. Instructural Profile

Part 1 is used to fix the side door frames; Part 2 provides direction guidance for the shutters; Part 3 is made of reinforced aluminum and toughened glass to ensure public safety. It also acts as frame to store the shutter during door opening, making good use of the limited platform space; Part 4 is light in weight and good in visual field; toughened glasses become reliable safeguard; Part 5 manages to convert pressure to current signals driving motor to re-open to door to release the squeezed object; Part 6 is imported special motor with high power and long service life; Part 7 is wireless bidirectional remote control device, which is of good sensitivity and excellent penetrability while has high requirement to the vehicle parking position.

 

3. Working Principles


(1) Motor is used as the main driving mechanism for the Platform Screen Door System, along with advanced and effective driving technologies.
(2) Normally, the Platform Screen Door is to be operated by remote control system. When bus stops at the set position and operates the vehicle door, the wireless control system on the bus will transmit signals to the receiving system on the correspondent Platform Screen Door to move it simultaneously.
(3) When the remote control system is in fault, the clerk at the station could control the actions of Platform Screen Door through the manual control buttons in the workstation.
(4) In case of no power supply, all Platform Screen Doors could be opened wide to let riders board on vehicle. Or the Platform Screen Doors could be moved by hand.
(5) If someone or something is clamped during door closing, the state of the art anti-clamp system could protect the object from injury or damage.
